Returns and Exchanges
Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of receipt (plus shipping time) for store credit, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact me at min@wildlightdesigns.com before sending any returns.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured shipping service and clearly marked as RETURN on the customs declaration form if sent from outside the EU. This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges. I am not responsible for lost or misdelivered return packages — the sender bears the risk until I receive the item.
Custom and made-to-order items (such as rings made in your selected size or personalized pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. If you’d like to exchange a piece or have questions about fit or size, please reach out — I’m happy to assist.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
