Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping: I am based in Sweden, and I only ship tracked & insured. See the shipping rate for your location at Check out. I offer free shipping for orders over 400 EUR worldwide. Shipping within Europe takes 2-7 working days and rest of the world 5-28 working days depending on what area of the world you live in. 

Returns / Exchanges: Ready made pieces are returnable within 14 days of receipt (+shipping time it takes to get to me) for a store credit. If you want to exchange your piece, please contact me and I will assist you. Custom pieces and made to order pieces which are made specifically for you (such as a ring made to your chosen size) are not returnable unless due to fault in the product. 

Customs/duties: When shopping from outside the EU, you might be liable to pay customs/duties when the product arrives in your country. These are not costs that I cover. The rate of the customs/duties is decided by your local tax authorities.
