Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping: I am based in Scandinavia, and I only ship tracked & insured. Shipping within Scandinavia is 20 USD, rest of the world is 35 USD. I offer free shipping for orders over 400 USD worldwide. Shipping within Europe takes 2-7 working days and rest of the world 5-21 working days depending on what area of the world you live in. During the global pandemic, some shipping might be delayed. 

Returns / Exchanges: Pieces are returnable within 14 days of receipt (+shipping time it takes to get to me) for a store credit. If you want to exchange your piece, please contact me and I will assist you. Custom pieces are not returnable unless due to fault in the product, but I always make sure to communicate thoroughly with you, and I send pictures for you to approve before shipping a piece out. 

Customs/duties: When shopping from outside the EU, you might be liable to pay customs/duties when the product arrives in your country. These are not costs that I cover. The rate of the customs/duties is decided by your local tax authorities.
