For this project, we did an extensive amount of research, ranging from surveys among the potential target group, making a Brand Brief, Value Chain Analysis, SWOT-analysis, TOWS-analysis, Spidergram, Value proposition map and more. We have written a document that sums up our analysis, insights and strategy suggestions together with an appendix to all the research made. You can view and download it below.
